Beer Jeff probably actually went through with putting beer in his I.V. since no sober person i know will say something like that to a chick even if it is a movie reference. Or maybe that bloody eye he has which gets redder every time we see it is actually due to a brain clot which makes him behave so if not gar is ... without fear of reprimand or of bodily harm.
