e.e beat me to it, but is GM+PK an ode to Gar Molloy and Paige? I thought you two were married though...

Also I second Juan's comment

Yep, I put that little detail there for Paige :)

We're engaged, not married yet. Sometimes I say 'wife' instead of 'fiancée' because it's shorter and I'm never sure which e the accent goes on.

It's simple: the participle in French ends in é, so a betrothed is a fiancé. The feminine ending is the e, so that comes after that é, so fiancée (feminine betrothed).

And NOOOOO! Poor Murphy!

@NtKGar: Cat of Ulthar is right but I'll make it simpler for you... in French, a double e always has the accent on the first e when ending a sentence.

However, keeping the french into it, you can also remember that you are Paige's Fiancé and she is your fiancée.

Ooooor you can simply marry her and not have to worry at all^^

Poor Murphy And in the grand scope of cats, even Poe is easily distracted.

Also, I agree with Victor, marrying her seems easier than figuring out French. =^.^=

As an easy note,

Male - Fiancé
Female - Fiancée

Male - Blond
Female - Blonde

Male - Brunet
Female - Brunette

So the é goes on the first e, because the last e identifies that you're talking about a female
