Paige baked a ham for dinner yesterday and there was quite a bit left over. Helping myself to a slice earlier today gathered the attention of mooching kitties, so I cut a couple of pieces off and gave them to the cats.

Aleister basically inhaled his and started going after Ollie's piece. I'm wearing a short-sleeved shirt so I didn't want to hold him while he struggled to get at the ham, so I picked him up and threw him across the room onto the couch. This did not deter Aleister.

After throwing him three or four times he decided we were playing fairground and got into his tube so I could swing him around (we call it 'Kitty Coaster', he likes it). From there it was a simple matter to transport Aleister to the other room and close the door so Ollie could finish her ham in peace.

Today, Cosmo the Quote Bunny is quoting baseball hall of famer John McGraw.

*sighs* Aleister, you really don't get how opportunistic females are from the sounds of it :)

While my two boys don't really smooch food from me, I on occasion buy a can of tuna just for them, and like Aleister inhaling the hame, the tuna would be non-exsistant just as fast. :)

Ahh the invulnerability of cats.... back when I had a cat, she loved to play with my feet at night.... she would jump on the bed and try to catch my moving feet which were under the covers.... I would then pop her onto my legs then drop her about half a foot (the width of my legs) and it would confuse her to bits....

As for your story.... 1. Why don't we see Ollie in these Understudies?
2. I love how you openly admit you threw your cat across the room without worries of being what is known as a "Shit disturber"

Ahh Aleister, you never fail to amuse me. I once had a cat as well, and he liked to make sure i was looking before he scratched the couch. At other times, he would come into my bedroom and try to sleep on my neck or face XD.

@VictorB: 1) Ollie doesn't crave celebrity as much as Aleister.
2) It's not as if I threw him into a wall :-P

@TheGoatMan: I think cats just like seeing what they can get away with.

@TheCatMolloy 1) It would still be awesome to see Ollie.

2)at least on purpose..... hahaa My cat threw itself against the wall.... I just shined the laser pointer... Which reminds me of http://www.newgrounds.com/portal/view/583715

Cat Dust @VictorB - Thanks for sharing that vid, it made me laugh.

@TheCatMolly - That's pretty funny. My first cat, I had to watch how often I fed her because than she would start going over my shoulder and drinking the milk from my spoon as I was trying to put it in my mouth from the cereal. XP
