Thinking of bringing back International Meat Day as a 'thing' next year. Last Saturday of May. It's just a good day to have a barbecue. Sure it's just a marketing ploy from the meat council, but what can I say, their goons got to me. We're not just shilling savory corpse parts, we're shilling friendship.

the ASPCA only deals with animal cruelty (and only in humans hurting animals, not animals hurting animals) in America and since Neko's world has not been specified as being in any known country they would have no jurisdiction and Gar (the Author) lives in Ireland which is also out of the ASPCA's jurisdiction
If there is a Society in Ireland then it would probably be called ISPCA or the shorter version, that they even use in America, SPCA
