Umm..
it doesn't look animated to me..
EDIT: Oh there it is. Heh, that's cataracts for you. Sometimes I'm surprised to find something's covered with ants.
Psychology is a risky gamble...
I can't see paying good money to become a psychologist. If you already have access to the money on the other hand shoot for the moon. I'm told clinical psychology is where the money is hidden.
Assuming that there is a need for anything silly in the public or private sector, beyond bureaucracy and politics of course, it is covert counseling. The real trick is you really don't want to commiserate or encourage the use of people as scapegoats or sounding boards. The trick to accomplishing this feat is exemplified by Tony Robbins, Marshall Silver, and (i hesitate to mention) Kevin Trudeau.
Because,I believe the secret to avoiding conflict is through Hypnotism and Pavlovian conditioning... Of course, the physics of steering a person in the direction __you__ I think is best has certain limits. Silly things like ethics always getting the way.
However, I believe the mark of a true professional is somebody who is too smart to be manipulated and knows how to get paid in order to manipulate someone else. I believe this system is known as "professional help," which is only necessary if you want to maintain your current measure of insanity or need physical assistance. Furthermore, I believe professionals would go out of business if people could or wanted actually heal themselves. after all It's not like the world would be a better place if everyone knew what to do or how to do it. Our world needs dependents to maintain reciprocity and keep the politicians employed.
A suggestion for the animation: a few frames could be added to lengthen when Gar looks dead center. It seems like it starts over too quickly after that.

Animating this one was kind of a last-minute decision.
