Taking the week off My grandmother passed away last week, at age 84. She's survived by six children, eight grandchildren, and two great-grandchildren, one of whom is old enough to remember her (and a third expected in October).

Anyway, I'm OK, but don't trust myself to be funny this week. There's a guest comic from Life Under Construction ready for wednesday, we'll figure something out for friday, and normal comics will resume next week.

Thanks for your understanding, we'll be back next monday with more from Moon Prison Adrastea 1983.

Take care of yourself I went through the same thing with my Grandma a few months ago... I relate as to how hard it is to get the strips out while grieving. Here's hoping all goes as well as it can for ya and the fans understand.

My Condolences Hey man, I know we've never talked, but Scooter and I think the world of you.

I'm usually the self-centered, egotistical, anti-social (personality disorder) knob out of the two of us, but I was pretty touched by your support when we first started out.

Scooter's probably going to kill me for doing this, but if there's anything we can do to help (short of rent-money, I'm working on that myself), let us know.

Again, my condolences for you loss.

Sorry for your loss Gar, its a painful thing to lose ones family member. I hope you feel better and don't worry about taking as much time as you need, we will always be here.
