So I picked up Portal 2 during the week and am a couple of chapters into the single-player campaign. Really liking it so far. There's a robot character called Wheatley in the single-player. He's funny, but I find the performance a little too human. The character's a bumbling idiot type, which is hard to do with a mechanical performance, and it IS funny, it's just a break in tone from the first game and pulled me out of the world a bit. That's my main nitpick so far, and it's not a big one.
Keith got a copy too, so we're going to have a go of the (allegedly excellent) co-op at some point.
[EDIT: Nothing to do with Portal, but if you've got Playstation Plus, you can get Braid for the PS3 for €2.50 in Europe at the moment, and probably similarly cheap elsewhere in the world. Seeing as everyone's got Playstation Plus at the moment, Braid's a fun and good-looking platform puzzler, and €2.50 is a fantastic price for it.
Tiny Text
When you put tiny text in an image that in fact has something written on it, and not just squiggles. Fans will find a way to read it. It's almost like a super-power. Squint-0-vision. But ya. Custard. It equals the awesome.
Random Custard fact. If you filled a swimming pool with it you'd be able to run over the top without sinking.
@Puppy_Luv: I haven't gotten that far yet, I've been enjoying her resentment and the constant affirmations that I am indeed a terrible person. And also fat.
I'm a little bit into Act 2 now. Without giving too many spoilers away, I've gotten to the bit where they introduce the blue bouncy crap, and I'm finding the pre-recorded messages and various safety signs in this area hilarious.
yyyyyyyyy-up!
yea, sailoryue hit it on the bullseye there. Cave Johnson is my fucking hero... and im so sick of hearing that DPC's voice used as a ringtone, im ready to start hitting people XP
i dont wanna ruin anything, so ill stay vague, but youll like wheatley more later i think. he definately gets funner as the game progresses! XD

sure he's the worlds biggest idiot, and became mad, but still, he seemed upset at some point.
