What happens when your life bar runs out is you get a fancy GAME OVER screen... and then you show up at your last save.
I dont think real life works that way though, it would be totally awesome if it did though

So are we talking about respawning in another universe when you die in the Fat Kid® Labyrinth of Death, or are you placing a greater cosmic significance on the idea of respawning in another universe as a form of afterlife when you die?
