No, that's Bummy! He's a recurring background character. He was in a series of filler comics a while back, and McJefferstein really hated him, so I started drawing him into the backgrounds. He's in allmost every strip in the current chapter, and a bunch of strips towards the end of the previous chapter as well.

In case you somehow reread this DrakeFeatherwing you probably mistook the phone as such because I did. It's a rather phallic shaped phone.
